Comments: In watching the grammy's last week, I could think of only one thing - how absolutely huge Sel would have been if she was there - As much as I love all the other singers, she was the best. I am soo angry that Yolanda took her away from us I can't even express it - the english world never had a chance to know her. I listen to her music every single day even though I don't know Spanish but I still love her music. I have never ever been so touched by one person. Her beauty, talent and most importantly her personality - what can you say. She was perfect in every way and I will always admire and miss my Sel. I can't even imagine the pain her family has gone through - they seem so strong. As soon as I can I am going to Corpus to see the museum and her grave. Thank you Selena for all you have given to us.

Comments: I became aware of Selena when the news story broke abt her tragic death. I was very saddened that someone who brought so much beauty to this world with her music was gone. I am now a fan of her music.

Comments: I may have been born a year after she passed away. I still think she was a wonderful artist. It's just sad that my generation doesn't even really know her. When I ask if they know who Selena is they say don't you mean Selena Gomez. How sad! May she always be remembered.

Comments: i just watched the movie selena. i have seen this movie so many times and each time this movie breaks me down into tears. selena was such a strong person with high dreams and she succeeded in what she wanted and to me she is a role model and my inspiration to follow my dreams, because of her i know i can accomplish anything i set my mind to. i have her soundtracks and there are days me and my friends just sit back and listen to them and just talk about everything and memories and it brings us together. selena even though i have never met you i can honestly say you have a place in my heart and it truly upsets me that your life had to be cut short because i know for a fact that you were gonna have a family and your farm that you wanted since you were a child and i believe with your kindness you could of changed the world.

Comments: I remember coming home from school (I was in junior high) when my mom gave me the news. I remember too being a cloudy day and it got even colder, the main street was busy with traffic but the street I lived on was empty. I thought about Selena. I couldn't get her off my mind. I was heartbroken. Selena, you touched my heart and the hearts of millions. So beautiful, so kind, and jawdropping when you would dance and sing...so amazing. Comments: I was little when Selena passed away. What happened to her was traqic, but her leqacy lives on.. All throuqhout my child hood, I have pictures of me with the Selena tribute shirts on. My cousin and I love her sonqs and they are so inspirational. My cousin will be sinqinq one of her sonqs at her Sweet 16 and she's very excited. Selena is an anqel that is restinq in Heaven's paradise riqht now. Loved by so many &nd she will never be forqotten!.
